Lisa is a Tennessee native and licensed CPA with more than a decade of experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting for public and private equity-backed companies concentrated in the technology and manufacturing sectors. After spending 12 years with EY providing public accounting services, she began supporting private businesses with start up and acquisition consulting. She is the current Vice Chair of Finance on the board of directors for Cable Nashville. She also serves as an advocate for children in foster care with CASA Nashville.
